Mosrite Guitar – 1965 Mosrite of California Ventures Model Guitar with original Case

$5000.00

What a cool guitar I have for you. This is a 1965 Mosrite Ventures Model in Jet Black with the Matching Black Headstock. This beauty is stock original to even include the Brown Fake Alligator Mosrite case this is also in excellent shape. Only a little Tolex loose on one end and we relocated the handle that was dangling. You get the shown Radio Sticker on the case for no extra charge.  This Mosrite has the inprinted serial numbers of 1355 on the base of the fretboard. Given it has the truss rod at the base of the neck, has the VibraMute Whammy, and Mosrite on the Pickups gives me the clues that this one is a 1965. I checked the pots and it looks like one is a 1964 and the other a 1965 so I feel comfortable with that conclusion. The guitar is a looker. It has some finish missing in the places you would expect. The lower bout and Headstock but from there, only superficial dings and pick scratches. No real buckle rash on the back and the Pickguard doesn’t have any broken tips. It plays and sounds as good as it looks. I have it set up with excellent playing action. It could be lowered a little but these guitars play lightening fast with the flat Mosrite frets. No sore fingers with this one. What a great guitar. I have a Gold Sparkle one just like it and it is one of my favorite guitars. I’m mostly a Gibson guy but these Mosrites feel right at home in my hands. You will not be disappointed in this guitar.

I would like to trade a 1990 Fender Telecaster Plus V 1 USA guitar with lace pickup’s and a maple neck and comes with the original tweed case. The guitar was signed by
    Pat Travers.
The guitar is in excellent condition tweed case.
    Thanks Tad 772-336-4606
I can send you pictures of the guitar if you are interested.
