Today...Lawman Guitars is Presenting....

A Beautiful 1987 Alpine White, (now yellowed), Les Paul Studio guitar ...This Les Paul Studio has the original Gibson Deluxe Gigbag and the Gibson Warranty Booklet for Case Candy! see pics…Awesome Guitar and Case SET!!

The Guitar is setup with great low playing action. Plenty of room to raise or lower the action for your playing preference. I have it super low and it plays great…It sounds and plays great .....this guitar looks so cool ..The Alpine White has yellowed to a really cool color and some of the white still shows thru. I took a pick of the thumb wear on the back of the neck..see pic 9 …this guitar has been played…..it has superficial dings and pick scratches..No real back rash...couple player hand wear areas on the back of the neck..see pics…The frets are in very good shape and it has a couple finger divots from play…it plays and sounds great! Its not mint but looks really good for a 1987 used guitar!

Pro Setup with new Dr Ducks 10 guage strings. Not much wear on the original frets. See pic 6 …no funny business under the hood. It looks like nothing has ever been done to the original wiring harness. See pic 5 …All original but the knobs…the original owner replaced them with the shown silver cap knobs…I think they look a lot cooler on this guitar than the plain black one… This was a one owner guitar and its care shows..check those pics!

Heres the details on these really cool USA Gibson Les Paul Studio Guitars...

Gibson Les Paul performance

The arrival of the Gibson Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar in 1983 offered guitarists all the essential elements of a Les Paul Standard, including a carved top and humbucking pickups. Its simple yet elegant design quickly helped it become the most popular model in the Les Paul Series.

The Gibson Les Paul Studio Deluxe Electric Guitar raises the bar with the cutting-yet-rich tone of gibson humbucking pickups in both the the neck position and bridge position, which are mounted on a carved maple top with a mahogany back. Controls include dual volume and tone controls for an array of tones, and a 3-way toggle switch, hardware is finished in gold including Gibson Deluxe tuners and Gibson's pioneering Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece.

The Les Paul Studio Deluxe is dependable and affordable — and is built without any compromises.

The Les Paul Studio launched in 1983 as an affordable no-frills take on the classic Les Paul design. Like other Les Pauls, the Studio uses two humbuckers and a combination of a carved Maple top on a Mahogany body (though some early models use alder).  Unlike other Les Pauls, the Studio lacks any sort of binding on the fingerboard or body. Starting in 2005, Gibson produced a version of the Les Paul Studio with a more economical faded satin finish. The Les Paul Studio used an Ebony fingerboard up until 1994 when it switched to Rosewood.
